I'm not so sure it was. Webber held his line and didn't deviate and Hamilton tried to go round the outside which is always risky. Yes Hamilton was in front at that moment but not by enough to make the apex as he tried to do. I don't think Webbers to blame for that one. It looks like webbers fault from the in car shot from Hamilton but the overhead camera paints a different picture.
