yeah, its mainly a case of pick one with enough power (wattage). be careful of high power ones if you are connecting via the fag lighter. got to connect direct to the battery if its above the rating of the cars electrics.

some devices with an inductive load might not work as you wont be getting a proper sine wave.

doing a search, xbox 360 seems to work ok tho
