So, what'll it be then, all points earned to be deducted, bigger fine or just slapped wrists?

Why set the court date so far away, is it to see how many points Ferrari can score in that time, will that have a bearing on the severity of their punishment, but whatever happens the whole world is waiting to see what Jean Todt decides
