Exactly, anyone who has actually watched the clip and doesn't think he broke the rules is clearly incapable of understanding simple instrutions.
i.e. It is forbidden to be on the inner half of the track between the braking point and the entry.

It's not rocket science and to be honest I find it quite scary that anybody involved with racing doesn't get it. Okay it's not a rule that is used in Europe, but it is a simple enough concept and if you don't get that, what chance of understanding pretty coloured flags with a red mist on?
