Ah I don't know... I think this was a classy way to sort the problem. Reminds me of a joke I heard a long time ago.

A guy propping up the bar in a Belfast pub has a fellow drinker greet him each evening by slapping his ears. Being somewhat irked by this, the guy says to his mate, tomorrow I'm going to pack semtex in each of my ears so the next time that cuint slaps me like that, it'll blow his hands off.
