Ha ha.......this is becoming an interesting thread, and Bertie, I think you may be right to an extent, drummers have probably become rather more `cool` these days, but, even so, I still the vocals and lead tend to take centre stage in most cases, although, going back many years, there were drummers who refused to be ignored, you only had to see the `madman`, the late Keith Moon who, despite the presence of Townsend and Daltry, was often the focal point, even more so at the end of a gig when he was destroying several hundred quids worth of `premier` kit.....lol
