Tough times for Wayne Rooney......

Following a non-descript performance at the World Cup, he arrived home to find that the Northern Pantomime Group had shelved plans to offer him a leading role in their award winning pantomime `Cinderella`

A spokesman said, "Under the circumstances it would be inappropriate to offer Wayne Rooney the title role....Cinderella actually WANTED to get to the ball"
