107 came in a few years back - to stop the hard up teams entering F1. Strange if it comes back - who in their right mind will want the expence of flighing round the world if you are going to struggle to qualify? who will sponcer a team who take the early bath. Why would you want F1 less entertaining with reduced grids, just as you get a few new teams in? how can new teams get quicker with the testing ban? Someones thinking cap has become unplugged.
