I have had so much hassel with paypal (who think they are are a bank, but without any banking regulations.......ie, they can do as they please), doing various stunts like freezing accounts, I once had nearly 2000 quid that I could do nothing with for nearly 18 months, for no reason whatsoever, that I will only deal with them when I have ABSOLUTELY no other choice, and even then, I get my money out of there VERY quickly......
