You could try some breakers in France where there will be more Renaults.

Stating the obvious but because they drive on the other side, some used parts, like drivers side door mirrors that always seem to get trashed are much easier to find in France where they will have had an easier life on the passenger side. Same goes for trim, mats and drivers seats.
