i think the charge is a no goer as he's been charged with
losing control of a vehcle. im sure he and a good lawyer can prove that at no times he had lost control. he does this for a living and the car was under full control at all times, and im sure he would be able to prove it in the courts carpark time and time again.

the charge should have been CARELESS DRIVING or similar. still in control but carless!!! lawyers love to play with words.
