paul the whole track did not have yellows out. ross brawn shows in car photos of MS overtaking alonso and it clearly shows a green flag and a green light at the saftey car line. if they expected the race to finish under the safty car then yes the car could pull into the pits and yellow flags could still be out on the complete course. Its my guess the this was simply an error by the orginisers by showing the green BUT THE GREEN WAS OUT so racing could comence after the green.

it will be up to the FIA to sort it out as i guess both parties are both right and both wrong and the comon sense ( what am i saying comon sense and FIA dont belong in the same paragraph)outcome should be to reset the results to status quo and remove the 20s penalty.
