Oh dear. you have 7 points on ur license and its 1200. i have 0 points on my license and its 1200 on PROVISIONAL. common sense tells you that surely a provisional driver like me is less risk than an 18 year old with 7 points. im 17 btw. ino you have no claims but still. not trying to start an argument or anything btw:P
