Nahhhh...... tahat doesn't work, either.

Your daughter's vote would STILL not be noticed amongst the millions, even if the 5% rule was included.

It MIGHT make a difference if she was voting for a party that had 4.999999999% of the vote until SHE voted.... however, that's as likely as her vote being cast in a contituency here the vote was 4999 Labout and 5000 Conservative when she voted Liberal! Her vote was CRICIAL in that circumstance, too!

Because she is 1 out of 40,000,000 (like the rest of us) her single vote makes no SIGNIFICANT difference...... EXCEPT, that WITHOUT the PRNCIPLE of all people voting, we would HAVE no democracy!
