That game the first time around was one of the most incredible sporting moments I've ever seen on TV. Snooker was completely mainstream back then - one of the most popular sports and that match had a huge viewing audience. When Dennis won that final frame you could literally hear the entire street I was on screaming... and it was after midnight ! Incredible times. Feels like yesterday.
