barni eckilcake controls everything else, so why not the weather, and wet weather always makes the racing, unpredictable and exciting, therfore we need sprinklers which are activated by the TV viewers with a phone in, (when you go for a wee or a cuppa make a phonecall). when you come back all hell will have broken out, SIMPLE.
