Putting aside my dislike, nay hatred, twice nay, loathing for Windross.

Have you had any luck with usb wireless adaptors under Windross 7?

I've tried three different ones and opened them all up to get the chip number to make sure i've downloaded the right driver.

They're all Ralink chips.

The machine says the drivers are ok and device is working.

It knows its got it plugged in but they won't enable.

Keeps saying there are no wireless networks available but the Macs pick up 13.

Machine works ok on ethernet cable.

I haven't tried a pci internal one yet as the machine is a low profile one and the risers don't fit.

They work ok in a Mac by the way.

Cheers O aged sage and driveler of Lotus's.

Love,

The aged baldilocks.
