Get the uprated alternator.
Your short runs (20mins) and heavy current load will eventually kill any battery.
you wouldnt fit all that uprated sound system without better speakers, would you ?, ..
...so why skimp on the basics of a reliable power supply to keep it going.

Or .. GOOD set of headphones would solve the problem and keep the neighbours happy.
