rears its ugly head again - or DNPQ. If memory serves me correct, was brought in because of the outstandingly slow teams at the back of the grid got in the way of the fast people in the 80's. Previously it would just be the fastest cars that qualified on a grid limit. Back in those 'affordable' days of F1 there were many small teams on a tight budget who were literally throw out of the sport because they could not pre qualify, allowing only the big manufacturer backed heavily financed teams to sit on the grid. Looks like what goes around comes around. These now wanted new teams are very unlikely to realise the Brawn dream this year, indeed expect a high turn around of name changes. The 107 was brought in for safety reasons and is likely to return I would think.
