Just got my Vodafone bill for February, well, in fact, its now gone from my account by direct debit, but it`s ten quid or so more than usual, because, on first viewing, it would appear they have charged VAT twice, but when I spoke to a very snotty `customer sdvisor`, she said, oh no we haven`t, its because your billing cycle has changed from the 1st of the month to the end of the month, to the 6th of the month to the 5th of the following month (????). Your bill amount will be back to its usual amount in March.

Anyone else had this rubbish??
