I don't know what sort of experience you have , what you drive on the road etc ,to see which you would benefit from more ?
I have been around that business for many years so can give a fair bit of advice .

Lets separate driving experiences from trackdays first .

Driving experiences you drive a car or cars ,at a circuit or airfield that are supplied to you , normally high performance and normally both expensive for them to insure and maintain .
They have to cater to the lowest common denominator ,so therefore you will have many restrictions , usually not many laps , lowered rev limits ,and speed restrictions .
The suppliers have a business to run and thats why .... think about coperate karting ?? they don't get nice 2 strokes to drive (normally)

Track days , you will drive your own car on track , with maybe some free instruction ,or instruction available to purchase.
they can either be sessioned with maybe 20 mins on track per hour , or open pit , where up to the limit of cars on circuit you can come and go as you please .
Don't think to yourself i must do open pit as a sessioned day will often give you 2 hrs driving time or more and its rare to find someone driving more than say 2.5 hrs to 3 hours in a day (you need a car to do that and most road cars however high performance you think they are will turn to cheese)
Prices vary from track to track ,and track day operator to operator . track costs plus the number of cars run on a day makes the costs go up or down , but now is a cheaper time of year .

Remeber running your own car on track has lots of costs attached ,just like karting .... fuel , tyres brakes etc ... but your car is a heavier etc so uses and wears more .

want to know the best you can do .... no limits ,using their cars , porsches caterhams clio cup cars ,and formular palmer single seaters ?

Palmersport at Bedford , the best no limits ,our instructors will push you to drive harder and faster than you ever thought you could .

but alas its not cheap , however they will be running days from march , do do cheaper late booking ,and they also do half days , you won't find a day like it anywhere else in the uk .

expect 700 quid plus vat for a day and 400 for a half day .

I know longer work in the business or for that matter have a done a track day for a while ,but feel free to come back and ask anything you wish to know about .
