In general maybe, but if where I live (just outside Manchester) is typical of the traffic on the roads in this current weather, then its pretty spartan.

I`m not saying don`t enjoy it, I`m just saying that it wouldn`t have happened 20 years ago.......

Mind you, neither would teacher training days, usually on the first day back after a public holiday
