does anyone really think someone like him just wants to wipe the slate clean and go away quietly!

And given the choice between being in the thick of F1 versus the Directors Box at Loftus Road on a cold rainy night with 12,000 supporters - it's a no brainer.

Whether someone does take the courage to employ him remains to be seen but hell hath no fury like a guilty ex-F1 team boss!

Fact is after today and any justifiable but ill-conceived and total waste of money appeal - a new employer can turn round and say "he's cleared so what's the problem" and again technically they'd be right.
