....whether you can brow beat us or not into believing that Climate Change is real or not.
Personally, if Climate Change is really happening on the scale we are lead to believe, I have convinced myself that it must be caused by man. However you don't need to be baffled by the Science to do this, but just consider probability. The fact that climate change has happened at exactly the point in time that mans population and his emissions have exploded. A point that in world climate terms is infinitesimally small, can't be coincidence.
However this Eureka moment is IRRELEVENT, because if true, our lives as we know them are doomed, no question. Either by the effects of serious climate changes and or perhaps even worse by radical, political and social demographic changes that will be made belatedly trying to stop it.
So excuse me if I cling to the belief, by no means without foundation, that the whole thing is b*ll*cks, it's our only hope.
