Ive had this 5 times now (has a 360 since they first came out), its always been a quick turnaround, usually less than 2 weeks for it to be collected, repaired and delivered.

with mine, they also added an additional years warranty on top of the original so it doesnt expire until something like 2011, id suggest you make sure they do this for you too.
