Let's forget for a moment what our views on speeding are. Incitement to commit a crime is generally regarded as a crime (and reasonably so, I believe). However I can't see it as reasonable to suggest that incitement to commit a "minor" offence means that you are guilty of the more serious offence they actually commit. You go 71mph, someone else goes 150mph - your fault? Be sensible!
