Dell CD Reading Problem.

Hi all,

I have recently bought a Dell inspiron laptop, although I am experiencing a issue with it. I insert a audio cd into the drive. It will load up straight away,then 10-15 seconds later, the music will stop and start. Untill another 25-30 seconds it starts to play fine. It seems that there is something loading up, but I cannot work out what it is. Has anyone experienced this problem before?, or could anyone help to cure this problem?
