not been mentioned yet which i think is a shame in a year where the loses and actions of our forces should be at front of our thoughts

as a supporter of any human that can sign up to defend their country and the freedom of other countries and risk their life to protect others it is an interesting quote

"Why of course the people don't want war. Why should some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece? Naturally the common people don't want war neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.

not BNP or labour policy but written over half a decade ago by some bloke called Hermann Goering , google if not sure, nearly a 1000 uk service guys and girls killed or life changing injurys to protect, the chance ,the public in the uk may suffer.....the public rightly i believe support the the troops but dont ask enough questions about why

tomorrow rightly belongs to all serving past and present and the ones that fell, wear your poppy with pride

but on Monday or soon we need a question time, on the reason why

67 uk nationals died in the twin towers, nearly 200 uk nationals have died in the hope of it not happening again, many more with life changing injurys

the billions being spent to change another country could be spent here, protecting against an attack, not against the need for conflict..we all have the right to protect our rights..but a few attacks in recent history, I believe is, being used to “twist” what the public will accept

ARE TERRORISTS THE BIGGEST THREAT

in the cold war, USA and USSR brought the world very close to a global wipeout that makes reusing your shopping bags as important as chucking a very tiny stick on a global bon fire, both sides and our country still have the power to wipe out the modern world but we worry about a small country that maybe has the same weapons we had half a decade ago and another small country that could if all went perfect stage another 11.9

remove the politics, tomorrow all our thoughts should be for the ones serving, have served and the families of the fallen
