Lorraine did not win the British Junior title. She probably would have in 1974, but chose to go straight up to the senior 100 International class as soon as possible after her 16th birthday, where she finished about 8th in the British championship at Shennington in '74.
The London Bridge episode was broadcast about 5 months before she died. I have no doubt that we lost british kartings first F1 world champion.
