Chris, its not possible to fully privatize the Royal Mail. The reason being that their pension pot is an obligation nobody would be willing to take on. That means it will require government guarantees which means its not fully privatized.

Whether individuals work hard or not isn't the issue. The issue is whether the operation is working efficiently in comparison to its competition. If its not, then its only a matter of time before it ceases to exist.
