Must admit there is a stretch with a load of tunnels near Siena where the road markings do just disappear... completely! and its sort of three lanes, duel carridge way, difficult to tell but people just drive and overtake wherever they want! winding through tunnels all of which are different widths at night with trucks and buses competing with cars and bikes on completely unmarked roads, it made me laugh at how crazy it was though the person driving didn't find it so funny, especially being right hand drive
