Not uncommon whatsoever, I had pretty much the same yesterday.

Sony laptop collected for repair from Ipswich

Back to Martlesham hub

Overnight Trunk service to Midlands

Back to Chelmsford hub

Delivered to Colchester Essex

This is a trip that if I could have delivered it personally would have taken me 15 minutes!
