that team always screwed the 2nd driver - right back in the Benetton days - Herbert is the only driver I can recall getting a result as a no. 2 driver.
You can imagine the only punishment would be a ban for the team if found to guilty.
With BWM and Toyota off to the manufacturers grave yard thats 14 cars on the grid for next year.
