All cars should run to the same rules. There should be enough room so that some teams can interpret them better than others but some cars having Kers and some not is not a good idea IMHO.

Not enough room like double diffusers !!

If all teams had had them from the start they would all be working now (better or worse). If Mclaren and Ferrari continue to do well they will both have an unfair advantage.

If all teams had double diffusers from the start the field would have been tighly packed.
