If that isn't an advert for NOT capping F1 spending then there isn't one.
It must have cost Maclaren millions to get that system, but those millions have kept Zytec (and other companies) with people on their payrolls!

Not to mention that it is companies like Zytec that need funding for the future as they are at the cutting edge of progress on and off the road!
