1 element only , front and rear wings .
Front wing to mid tyre width only .
No barge boards
No outboard mirror air flow correcters .
No advertising board to rear of engine cover .
Standard diffuser .
No extra airflow correcters/downforce generators on upper body surface .
No shark fin cooling slots/holes .
No wheel nut air covers .

Engine ...

Long life 3.0 ltr V10 rev capped @ 16k .

Gearbox ...
-----------
As present but with no pre-programmed auto down-shift . Every gear change up and down to be driver actuated by paddles only .

Electronics ...
---------------
No driver aids . lunch control , traction control , all BANNED . No programmable diff settings , diff configured to one setting only .

Wheels and tyres ...
--------------------
Slicks to stay . 1 compound used only .
Fronts 50mm wider and taller , rears 100mm wider and taller .

Refuelling ...
--------------
None permitted , quantity allocated in car at start .

Brakes ...
----------
Iron or stainless steel discs only .

Qualifying ...
--------------
No Race fuel for quailifying .
1 hr , 40 mins at first , times then wiped clean , top 10 to remain in for last 20 min session for pole . Positions 11 back as per 40 min session .

Points ...

As per now , NO medal system .
