Slick tyres
900hp maximum

STUPID ENGINE COVERS, RIM COVERS, SIDE AERODYNAMIC FLAPPING CRAP AND CURVES ON THE NOSE BANNED!!!!!!

no kers

front and rear wings in proportional size

one engine per round rule , if a failure and needs replacing, lose all points gained from that round

if your car is red you dont get special treatment!

barge boards allowed but all at fixed length, can modify shape

Front and rear wings, sidepods and nose cones must be clean curved/straight shapes, no added aero flappy crap

outboard mirrors allowed but no 'clever' supports like on Ferrari and Redbull

if any car looks a bit like renault or bmw from 2009, designers will be shot

fuel loads will not be revealed, play the guessing game

pole position is worth 3pts
fastest lap is worth 2 pts
most placed gained is worth 1 pt

points earned are split as followed
1st-20
2nd-15
3rd-12
4th-9
5th-7
6th-5
7th-3
8th-1

Tracks will be decided down to safety and driver and viewers opinions

knockout quali stays

in season testing allowed, maximum of 3 tests per month outside races

18 round championship

no unneccesary safety cars in wet weather, (remeber the proper wet days, Spa 1998, no 20 lap safety car like Fuji), would stop the panicing from martin brundle!

have to use both soft and hard tyres to stay

2 extra sets of tyres , (1 of each compund)availible for quali, 1 less of each for practise

fuel stops allowed

pit release systems like ferrari lights, BANNED!!!
