Aero -
Some sort of gound effect with small and skinny wings.

Engine -
V10 or V12's, non rpm restricted. No driver aids allowed.

Gearbox -
Sequential 6 or 7 speed box.

Tyres -
Big slicks.

Brakes -
Less effective somehow, would be tempted to put them onto steel's once more!

Other -
Ban on TELEMETRY.
