Are you saying if the government coughed up it would still be held at silverstone? Too late Bernie has a 17 year contract with donnington now and he said himself only recently 'i dont break contracts so i expect others not to'.

From what i made of it siverstone had a few years warning that they could lose F1,maybe Bernie was waiting on the government who knows,looks like it fell on deaf ears.

Bernie must really want a British GP to actually sign a 10 year contract with a circuit that didnt even have planning and before its even finished,even before 1 F1 race on it has given it a 7 year extension,the guy must be mad or is he the mystery investor? doesnt he already own paul ricard circuit?
