I agree that most of the 'non voters' are that way through apathy. However, some don't vote ON PURPOSE...for those people, I have some respect. It IS a vote of a kind. I may not agree with it...in fact I would make voting comulsory, although I would have a 'non of the above' box!...but it is true that if enough people don't vote, it does send a message...that people don't care. It may be the wrong way to send that message, but it is their choice. Its called freedom...even though it may be the quickest way of loosing it!
