Seen the new user agreement.

So in a dispute Ebay will pay the buyer if they find in favour of said buyer and seller refuses to refund.

Well what an improvement considering they ever only find in favour of the buyer when an item hasn't been shipped and proved without any doubt buy the buyer.

It's a great place to sell but a crap place to buy. Still no protection against misrepresented goods.
