Renault are going, this is why flavs boat and the renault motorhome were used as the meeting locations at monaco as neutral ground for the teams.

There is however a strong possibility that Flav will turn the operation into Briatore GP (depending on funding) and renault may continue to supply engines as they did last time they pulled out
