mmm, it just seems to me you've taken the Veto agreement and extrapolated it so far that Ferrari are now the heads of the FIA.

It is quite plausible (and actually true) that the FIA would afford Ferrari some benefits over other teams (obviously not fair & on dodgy legal grounds, but you can see why they did it) But would the FIA actually allow Ferrari to act as if they **were** the FIA?

You clearly think so, I'm not so sure. The teams aren't having a huge fallout over this, and no matter how important FOTA is...I think they would have a massive fallout if they believed the results of the immediate past had been rigged. (Imagine how Flavio would react) The F1 teams know a lot more about this than we do.

However, the fact that there is absolutely no new evidence related to the Mass damper and the fact that any claims to do with it can't be backed up with any substantial evidence means you cannot use it as 'evidence' of anyone rigging results.
