the whole system should be scrapped.

and moved to a dumb terminal fat server model in an MOD class Tier 4 data centre.

so then these dumb ass civil servants will never have to use PC's, laptops or USB sticks ever again. We can't trust them with their expenses how can we trust them with our personal data!
