The Flexi floor (wing) was always illegal according to the rules. the FIAt did not have the correct piece of kit to measure the flexing. When it was pointed out and the new kit arrived it was then proven to be illegal but now way of nowing if it had previously had been illegal. Sure Ross knew as did the other Red Team people.
