If Ferrari are bound by the rules like any other, where does the supposed bias come from? Surely, if said bias existed, it wouldn't be beyond the capability of the FIA to have deemed the flex-floors legal? Afterall, they found it within their powers to deem the mass dampers illegal on aerodynamic grounds.
