great post alfa......but 19 days late, nearly had me fooled you april fooler, that was a joke post ?

the public are ruled by rules enforced by the police, if they break them and if the cps has the balls they face the time for the crime

rules also control what the police can do, if they break them they face the the same

the difference is the latter is trained to understand the rules to a higher degree and act within the rules, it is something that will be decided in the courts but if the police have broken the rules it is a sad day, same as when a doctor or social worker gets it wrong
