Like I said in my message, I was INTERPRETING the statistics in the basic mathematical sense. What you are doing with the above sentence is STRETCHING the statistics to fit your argument. The statistics that John has unveiled, old as they are do not reveal any data with regards to where the speed measurements were taken. That assumption is solely made inside TanglerTKM's mind!
Can you not see that all you are doing is keep turning it on its edge in order to bring it to the conclusion you chose to patronise? Even Ian has given it up by now! Man, it doesn't hold water, give it up.
