Let's see if the "slow down and bunch-up" policy advocated by Ian, Tangler and others will still be pushed forward with the same force under the fake banner of "safe speed".

I have unwitingly discovered a couple of green waves in North Cardiff. They are in the area most congested at rush hour in the morning and guess what: they are at just over the posted speed limit. Not by much, only about 46-47mph. And guess what, that's what most cars would be doing if the driver reads 50mph on the clock! ON dual carriageways I might add!

Unlike Ian I won't be ashamed to admit to "chasing" the green waves whenever the road conditions allow it!
Come and clock me with your vigilante gun you ..... if you have enough time to waste lying in wait!
