I drive past this smart car with a camera on the roof on the way to work in the morning on the A57 in to manchester. One morning the operator was smoking in the car but the traffic moved too quickly for me to get a picture on my camera phone. It actually is checking for people using a bus lane.

I have a good idea for a new car law though. Make it illegal to sell petrol to a driver of any car without MOT, Tax or insurance. Say Ł500,000 fine per offence. Should get a few uninsured drivers off the road.
